Tina was great! Did everything she said she was going to do. Had some issues with the material but pup pavers has went above and beyond to fix the issues. Service after the sale is hard to come by nowadays. Have the peace of mind that they will be there for you after you pay. It's construction..... so things don't always goes smoothly but I couldn't of asked anything more out of a contractor
**** this is an addition to my first review. We had a very anomaly type situation with a few pavers on my front porch. Tina and Billy both have been fantastic in responding and fixing the situation. Service after the sale by pup pavers is Exceptional. You get what you pay for and I would have no problem choosing them again even if the price was a little more because this company has unlimited integrity. They always respond, they fix any issues that you have, and they have a very fair price.

Having gone online, extensively researching paver companies, finally found Pup Pavers on several review sites and reached out to them for a quote. Tom came out and looked the job over, the next day I received a fair and reasonable quote. I subsequently communicated with Tina (the owner) to make sure the things I wanted done will be done without any "blow-n-go" tactics, felt confident in her assurances so I decided to hire them. The job description was to re-level my pool deck pavers and to add grout in-between the pool deck coping where some had broken away, leaving gaps. Please note that I am a VERY picky consumer who fires more than he hires but was VERY pleased with the whole process and the quality of the work done. I have NO PROBLEM HIGHLY recommending them! I am a VERY satisfied customer and will use them again when the need arises.

Tina and Scott were very communicative about the job, they were timely, fair, professional and followed through on every aspect of the project. Their team of workers were very conscientious. They coordinated efforts amazingly with all trades involved. I would recommend them over and over again!!!

Tina and her crew were amazing. The project went seamlessly from start to finish. She explained the project process and timing. It made me feel at ease.She referred me to the stone company she works with which was so helpful. The patio came out beautiful...I have no way to thank her. We used to have lots of flooding and they definitely did a fantastic job at soving our problem. In addition, esteticly you can't even see the french drain which is a PLUS. This is an honest company and they work fast! I would definitely recommend them.

Pup Pavers did a great job on our driveway and has been incredibly responsive and service oriented when we need small repairs or maintenance. We texted Tina last night with a small issue and she had her guys at my house to handle the repair at 9am today.

Tina and Scott were amazing from start to finish. I called and made an appointment with the office manager. Tina came out and knew exactly what type of stone and colorway would work well with my house, driveway and pool. Scott, Billy and the crew were always on time and made amazing intricate cuts due to the angled nature of our walkways and pool shape. We had some irrigation issues (due to an aging system and poorly placed lines by previous owners) which she and her crew went out of their way to fix at a nominal charge. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled! I can’t say enough great things about this couple and their family owned business! Five stars isn’t enough! Before photos show Chicago brick pavers. Pool area shows new white marble and new driveway with Old World pavers in a grey hue.
